Our client, a large and successful corporation, is seeking a Compliance Manager to work within their Compliance Group. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for helping develop, implement and maintain company legal and compliance policies and procedures, such as the code of conduct and employee complaint and investigation procedures. The Compliance Manager will work closely with other departments within the company to help manage company-wide compliance. The successful candidate will have at least seven years of corporate compliance related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the organizational skills necessary to manage significant projects.
