Our client, a staff counsel for an insurance company, seeks a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of insurance defense litigation, to handle the full range of work related to third party cases, matters and claims. This will include: preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and letters, etc.; engaging in discovery practice, including conducting depositions; and trying cases to conclusion. This position, reporting to a managing attorney, will be located in a S. Jersey office but will primarily be responsible for Pennsylvania work, so will require some travel to depositions, court appearances and client meetings.
