Associate General Counsel — Finance/Banking (Philadelphia Region).  Our client, a large international company with a sophisticated law department, seeks to hire an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate finance gained at a major law firm and/or law department.  In this role, the attorney will draft and negotiate financial agreements, including credit facilities, loan agreements and bond offerings as well as other related agreements.  This role will be highly visible and impactful within the organization, supporting the overall treasury function and helping guide and support strategies for capital raising and management.
