Contract Attorney, Pharma/New Jersey
Our client, the corporate law department within a central New Jersey life sciences corporation, seeks a full-time contract attorney for an open ended, long-term assignment. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney (any state) with a minimum of 5 years of strong commercial and pharmaceutical industry contracts experience. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements (purchase, supply, license, pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, packaging and financing agreements). Additional duties may include advising management and advising business group on compliance, marketing and customer/vendor relations. Competitive hourly rate. On site/ Remote hybrid.
