Pennsylvania life sciences company is seeking a Contracts Manager/Corporate Counsel, Contracts to provide legal support with commercial contracting matters. The appropriate candidate must have experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements including clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, sales and marketing agreements, distribution agreements and consulting agreements. A junior attorney with prior contracts experience or an experienced contracts manager are welcome to apply. The project will last a minimum of 3 months with the potential to go permanent.
