CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL ATTORNEY/Reading, PA/Two Positions Open/Hybrid
Highly successful and well-established international company is seeking to hire two business lawyers for its corporate law department. The company believes that 3-7 years of legal experience is the ideal amount for the level of work and responsibility associated with these full time, direct hire attorney roles. The successful candidates should have a strong corporate transactions and sophisticated commercial agreements experience. Real estate acquisition and leasing experience is also desired for one of the two positions. The majority of the work will involve reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements with the company’s industrial customers. The candidates must have law firm training. The lawyers will have extensive contact with senior level business professionals so they should be self-confident, skilled at juggling many matters at a time, politically astute and highly articulate.
