Merritt is the Director of Business Development at Coleman Nourian Legal. For more than a decade, she has developed and maintained strong relationships with leaders at Fortune 500, 100 and 50 corporations and regional, national and global law firms to determine present and future legal hiring needs. Prior to joining the Coleman Nourian Legal, Merritt worked in similar role at an international legal search firm. Merritt believes that the value added that she is able to offer through our firm is the opportunity to take the time to get to know the unique personalities and characteristics of each of our clients, which greatly improves successful candidate recruitment and placement. She is a graduate of Penn State University and a die-hard Nittany Lions fan. In her free time, Merritt enjoys watching college football, cheering on her sons’ sports teams, playing a feisty game of scrabble with friends.
