Corporate/Pharma/In-House/Pa Western Suburbs: Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company seeks a broad-based corporate lawyer with biotech or pharma experience. This lawyer must have spent a minimum of 4 years at a major law firm and, ideally, 2-4 with a biotech or pharma company. The company will consider large firm trained lawyers without in-house experience IF they have spent a significant portion of their corporate practice representing biotech or pharma clients. Licensing experience is a plus. This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company whose product is under accelerated approval for its drug, be part of a small legal team, and report to the GC. The company offers a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office. The compensation package consists of a base, bonus, and equity.
