IT Contracts and Licensing Specialist
Corporation located in western suburbs of Philadelphia seeks an experienced IT Contracts and Licensing Specialist to join their legal team. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various information technology (IT) and licensing contracts. The IT Contracts and Licensing Specialist will be the contact for clients and will have to manage and coordinate projects. Must be able to multi-task, deal with a high volume of contracts and have excellent attention to detail. The appropriate candidate can be a Paralegal or a JD, but must have some level of negotiating experience. Excellent compensation package.
