Elizabeth is a Principal and co-founder of Coleman Nourian Legal providing more than 25 years of recruiting and placement experience to the legal profession marketplace. Elizabeth previously practiced law with a Wall Street securities boutique in New York and also on a contract consulting basis in the Philadelphia region. This combination of legal and recruiting experience allows her to provide candidates and clients with acute understanding and discerning insight to meet their legal placement and hiring goals. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has participated in the National Association of Legal Search Consultants, the American Staffing Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association and as a sub-committee leader in its Women in the Profession Committee. In her free time, Elizabeth plays tennis and paddle racquet sports, volunteers in her community, and enjoys traveling to new places.
