Marcie is a Senior Search Consultant with Coleman Nourian Legal and offers more than thirty years of legal recruiting experience to our clients and candidates. Marcie places counsel and General Counsel in corporations and lateral partners and associates in global, national, regional and boutique law firms. Marcie was initially drawn to recruiting by her desire to work directly to help others. She is energized by getting to know candidates beyond their paper. She prides herself on being a good listener and offering career counseling in the best interests of her candidates. Her legal background has proven instrumental to her success by providing a keen perspective of the legal marketplace and the ability to speak and understand her client’s language.

Prior to entering the legal placement profession, Marcie practiced corporate law with Philadelphia law firms of Duane Morris and Morgan Lewis, where she was also involved in the firm’s recruiting efforts. Marcie is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Georgetown Law School. Outside of work, she dedicates time as a board member and volunteer to Planned Parenthood. She enjoys reading historical fiction, playing racquet sports and golf (somedays), and dining out with friends.
